This place was absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I stayed here for a mini-vacation for us and we enjoyed every moment of it. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from our cabin. We will most definitely visit this place again.
We have stayed at other resorts and we always seem to come back to this one.
The trees are awesome and the atmosphere is just so nice. The staff is very friendly and if you have an issue they will help you solve it. My family loves it here.
We just finished our annual New Year's trip to Rio. This was our 8th year in a row. We love the place, the location and just about everything about the place. It's a beautiful and quiet place to go and get away from it all.
Their cabins were very comfortable and stocked with the necessary items and the view from the riverfront decks was terrific. The tubing on the river was great. The river flow was a little low, but perfect for the children. Everyone had a great time!
It was perfect! Price is right, the staff is friendly, convenient escort to the river to float, everything you may have forgotten can be found at the property store, beautiful view of the
river from the cottage, perfect size cottage for 4!
Beautiful location right on the Guadalupe River. The cabins are all individual and some have decks facing the river. A great family atmosphere with tubing and rafting available. Customer service is great.
We love this place. It was our first time we stayed at this camp and have decided that Rio is our #1 place for the River. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. I have already booked our next trip there! Can't wait to go back!
Took the kids to float the Guadalupe, and rented tubes from Rio. The whole experience was great; from the rental process, shuttle ride up the river, the rental equipment, and the float down the river.
