Rule #1 – Enjoy your stay!
For the safety of our guests and their children, a 5mph speed limit is strictly enforced. Please do not park or drive on the grass. We ask that you do not leave children unattended. Resort property has rough and uneven terrain – please watch your step.
KEEP TEXAS BEAUTIFUL
To preserve the beauty of our facilities, please keep your area tidy. Do not throw cigarette butts, charcoal, or ashes on the ground. Pick up all trash before departure.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Loud noises, profane music, and vulgar language are prohibited at all times. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
RV site checkout is 12:00PM (No refund for early departures). RV Park winter and summer rates based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to river district fees. There are extra charges for additional people. Any losses or damages to Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cabin checkout is 11:00 am (No refund for early departures). A $200.00 deposit is required upon check-in. At least one guest in cabins must be 21 years old or older. NO SMOKING. Signs of smoking will result in a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee. Any losses or damages to Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file. Failure to comply with Resort policies will result in eviction without a refund.
Cabin Maximum Occupancy:
1 BR EFFICIENCY – Up to 4 People
1 BR CABIN – Up to 5 People (Extra fee for 5th person)
2 BR CABIN – Up to 5 People (Extra fee for 5th person)
2 STORY CABINS – Up to 8 People
** Due to COVID-19, cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Normal Cancellation Policy: 21 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY ON CABINS & RV SITES. 28 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY ON 3 OR MORE CABINS. A $15 handling fee will be charged for all date changes and cancellations. In order to receive a refund, you must e-mail a letter of cancellation at least 21 days (28 days for 3 or more cabins) prior to your arrival.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUESTS
If a guest (or visitor of a guest) damages Resort property, the cost will be charged to the imprinted credit card on file. During the summer season, all guests of the Resort will be required to wear wristbands in order to limit the Resort occupancy to registered guests only.
THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED ON RESORT PREMISES:
- Golf carts, kiddy cars, or ATV’s
- Generators or electric adapters
- Fire-pits on legs are allowed except during burn bans. Do not place BBQ pits on wooden decks or picnic tables.
